هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى جهود قيادات التعليم قبل الجامعي بمحافظات فلسطين الجنوبية في تحقيق متطلبات التنمية المستدامة، و لتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي باستخدام استبانة مكونة من (15) فقرة تم تحديدها في محور واحد، و تكونت عينة الدراسة من (111) قائد تربوي موزعين على مديريات التربية والتعليم في قطاع غزة بواقع نسبة (50%) من المجتمع الاصلي، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج أهمها: 1) بلغ استغلال القيادات التعليمية للمستحدثات التكنولوجية في تحقيق أبعاد التنمية المستدامة (74.70%)، وهي درجة عالية نسبيا، وقد يعود ذلك إلى وعي القيادات التعليمية بأهمية دور التكنولوجيا في الارتقاء بالعملية التعليمية داخل المجتمعات الحديثة. 2) أظهرت النتائج أيضا أنه لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في درجات تقدير أفراد العينة لمدى ملاءمة واقع أداء قيادات التعليم قبل الجامعي لمتطلبات التنمية المستدامة تعزى لأي من متغيرات الجنس أو المستوى التعليمي أو سنوات الخدمة. The role aimed to identify the efforts of pre-university education leaders in the southern governorates of Palestine in achieving the requirements of sustainable development, and to achieve this goal, the researcher used the analytical descriptive method using a questionnaire consisting of (15) paragraphs identified in one axis. The study sample consisted of (111) educational leaders distributed to the ministries of education in Gaza Strip (50%) of the original community. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: 1) The educational leadership of technological innovations in achieving the dimensions of sustainable development (74.70%), which is relatively high degree, due to the awareness of educational leaders of the importance of the role of technology in upgrading the educational process within modern societies. 2) The results also showed that there are no statistically significant differences in the ratings of the sample members to the extent to which the performance of the pre-university education leaders is consistent with the requirements of sustainable development due to any gender variables, educational level or years of service.(Published Abstract)
