The current research aims at the assessment of the Arabic teacher's guidebook for the 1st year of the elementary in the comprehensive project for developing the curriculums by suggested scientific standards. The researcher depended on a number of necessary criteria for evaluating Arabic teachers' guides in the comprehensive project for developing curriculums, he depended on a number of documents and studies that have relations and the criteria were shown in thirty three phrases distributed on five main fields. The linguistic philosophy for teaching the Arabic language and learning it, goals, planning for teaching operations, teaching strategies, sources of learning and supported subjects and evaluation linguistic performance. The researcher changed these criteria into a means for evaluating the guide and making sure of its reliability, he showed them on a number of jury. The researcher selected a method for reevaluation and the method depends on reevaluation. The researcher selected unit one of the teacher's guide and reevaluated it after two weeks. So, the researcher made sure of reliability and validity. Results showed keeping suggested criteria in the Arabic language teachers' guide for the 1st year in all fields with (1.76) weak. According to the results of the research, the researcher recommended the necessity rethinking for building Arabic language teacher, guides especially, for the 1st year elementary as this stage has its extremely importance.
