A predictive study of the most important future challenges facing religious sciences curricula in the development of moral values among the pre-university education students until the year 2030 ad [Article]
This study aimed at exploring the most important future challenges facing the religious sciences curricula in the development of moral values among the pre-university education students until the year (2030 ad) in order to achieve this objective, the study applied on tree research stages, the first stage is represented in determining the moral values that should be developed among the pre university education students in the curricula of religious sciences. The study found a list of those values, including (15) values and (30) sub-indicators. In the second stage, the most important future challenges are identified which will face the religious sciences curricula in the development of moral values among the pre university education students until using the forward - looking approach. The study found a list of those challenges which included (15) future challenges, distributed on five main axes. In the third stage, the researcher presented a proposed concept to overcome these challenges. The study recommended the need to review the system of moral values included in the religious sciences curricula at the pre university stages now and then and develop them according to the requirements of the stage, the developments of the age, the need to include the moral values in the curricula reached by the current study and to benefit from experts in the development and design of the religious sciences curricula to create an effective mechanism to overcome these challenges, build an advanced, systematic educational strategy to disseminate the moral values at all stages and levels of the pre university education, in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
