This study aimed at investigating the role of the transformational leadership on teachers' at empowerment at school schools in Palestine. It also aimed to explore the characteristics of transformational leader and the methods of teacher’s empowerment in the light of transformational approach. To achieve its aims the study used the descriptive approach including theoretical and qualitative analysis methodology and revealed: 1) there is a high role of transformational leadership with all its components and elements on teacher’s empowerment at Palestinian schools. 2) There are significant statistical differences in teachers' responds toward the role of transformational leadership on teachers' empowerment due to the variable (sex for female favor). 3) The transformational leader should characterize with certain skills and traits to be considered as transformational leader especially: Idealized influence, Inspirational motivation, Individualizes consideration and Intellectual stimulation, Future vision, Credibility and energetic activity. 4) The transformational leader should utilize his skills and characteristics in developing the methods of teacher’s empowerment at Palestinian schools. 5) The transformational leadership effects positively on employees job satisfaction, and it increases productivity, develops their collective sense and aims, stimulates their minds and motivates their innovative abilities. 6) Using the transformational leadership style empowers teachers' and decreases the burdens of principals through leadership distribution, authorization and participation in managing schools. In the light of study results, the researcher recommends: 1) encourage the principals to practice the transformational leadership and its main components through symposiums and workshops. 2) Select principals from who characterized to be transformational leaders. 3) Encourage the principals to participate teachers in decision making process. 4) Establishing national school to train leaders and develop their abilities in accordance with modern attitudes in leadership in order to transfer them into transformational leaders. 5) Authorize principals to enable them to practice transformational leadership and participate teachers in decision making process, including formation and achieving school vision.
