AB هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى الجهد العاطفي المبذول لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة القدس المفتوحة في ضوء متغيرات: الجنس، والتخصص، والمؤهل العلمي، والخبرة، والتفرغ المهني. لهذا الغرض طبق مقياس الجهد العاطفي بعد التأكد من خصائصه السيكومترية)الصدق والثبات(على عينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة القدس المفتوحة، بلغت 244 عضو هيئة تدريس. توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود مستوى مرتفع جدا لمظاهر الجهد العاطفي على المجموع الكلي والمجالات الفرعية للمقياس، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في مستوى الجهد العاطفي المبذول لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس تبعا لمتغيرات: الجنس، والتخصص والمؤهل العلمي، والتفرغ الوظيفي، والخبرة، وذلك لصالح الذكور على جميع المجالات، وذوي التخصصات التربوية، وذلك على مجالي الطلبة والزملاء، وذوي المؤهلات العليا على مجال الزملاء، والمتفرغين وذلك على جميع المجالات، وذوي الخبرات الطويلة على مجال الإدارة. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج اقترحت عدة توصيات كان أهمها إجراء المزيد من الدراسات على عينات مختلفة لتعميق النتائج حول مفهوم الجهد العاطفي. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The aim of this study was to determine the level of emotional labor among a faculty members at Al-Quds Open University in light of some variables: sex, specialization, academic qualification, experience, and a full-time career. For this purpose a scale of emotional labor was applied after making sure of psychometric properties (validity and reliability) on a sample of faculty members at Al-Quds Open University consisted of 244 faculty members. Results of the study showed a very high level of manifestations on the emotional labor aggregate and subareas of the scale, also results showed statistically significant differences in the level of emotional labor with faculty members due to the variables: sex, specialization and qualification, a full-time career, experience and so in favor of males on all areas, educational specialties and areas of students and colleagues, with higher education and on the field full-time on all areas, and those with long experience on the field of management.
