A2 المعلا، عايد محمد عطوان AB This study aims to identify the impact of e-service quality dimensions on the Arab students confident in the services provided in private Jordanian universities. The study population consists of Arab students in private Jordanian universities' operating in Amman (the capital). The sample consists from five private universities and sample size was (500) male and female students. Researchers used a questionnaire consisting of (39 items) to collect the research data and regression analysis to detect the impact of e-service quality dimensions on the confidence of Arab students. The results of the study shows that there is positive effect between (reliability, website design, safety, responsiveness, empathy) on the confidence of Arab students who have access to electronic se1vices in Jordanian private universities. The study recommends focusing on what might increases Arab students confidence in electronic services, this can be done through staff training especially for new services, providing services in timely manner, and solve any compliant quickly.
