A1 عبد المنعم، سامية عبد الله A2 سالم، محمد زيدان A2 وادي، رشدي عبد اللطيف A2 الأغا، وفيق حلمي AB في هذا البحث، تمّت دراسة العوامل المؤثرة على ولاء الطلبة الجامعيين لجامعاتهم بمحافظات غزة وهذه العوامل هي النظام الأكاديمي، النظام المالي، الأنشطة اللامنهجية، علاقة المجتمع بالمجتمع، سمعة وشهرة الجامعة، وثقافة الجامعة. وقد تم تطبيق البحث على الجامعات النظامية الرئيسية الثلاث بمحافظات غزة وهي (الجامعة الإسلامية، جامعة الأقصى، وجامعة الأزهر). وقد اعتمد البحث على البيانات الأولية حيث قامت الباحثة بإعداد استبانة لعينة عشوائية طبقية وتكونت الاستبانة من 16 فقرة، تم توزيعها على 409 مفردة من طلبة الجامعات الرئيسية الثلاثة، حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتحقيق أهداف البحث. وأظهرت نتائج البحث أن هناك قصورا في (النظام الأكاديمي، النظام المالي، الأنشطة اللامنهجية وعلاقة المجتمع بالمجتمع) المطبقة في الجامعات وأنه لا يؤدي إلى تحقيق الولاء المطلوب لطلبة الجامعات، وأن الولاء منخفض بدرجة واضحة لدى الطلبة الجامعيين، وبالمقابل فقد أشار أفراد العينة إلى سمعة وشهرة الجامعة بأن الولاء كان متوسطا نسبيا في هذا الجزء، وأما الجزء الخاص بثقافة الجامعة فإن الولاء كان واضحا لدى الطلبة بدرجة متوسطة. كما أشار البحث إلى وجود علاقة تداخل وتكامل إيجابية وانسجام واضح بين متغيرات البحث المستقلة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى بعض التوصيات برفع درجة الولاء من أهمها: تعزيز الاهتمام بالنظام الأكاديمي المطبق في الجامعات، ضرورة العمل على تحسين النظام المالي المطبق بالجامعات، التأكيد على أهمية الاهتمام بالأنشطة اللامنهجية، تدعيم علاقة الجامعة بالمجتمع، الاهتمام بسمعة وشهرة الجامعة، وأخيرا ضرورة تطابق ثقافة الجامعة مع ثقافة المجتمع. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB This research was to examine the factors affecting loyalty of the students for their universities in the governorates of Gaza, these factors concerning the academic system, financial system, extracurricular activities, and relationship of the University with the community, reputation of the university, and the culture of the university. The research has been applied on main regular universities in governorates of Gaza, (The Islamic University, Al-Aqsa University, Al-Azhar University). The research was based on primary data where the researcher used the questionnaire to collect data from the origin recourses, distributed randomly consisting of 409 persons from the students of the three main universities, included 61 concepts, the researcher followed the descriptive analytical approach to achieve the objectives of the study. The research shows that there are deficiencies in the system applied to academic universities, financial system, extracurricular activities, and relationship of the University with community, but the loyalty concerning the reputation of the university and the university culture was relatively moderate. The study reached some recommendations to raise the loyalty such as: promoting concern in the academic system in universities, the need to work on improving the financial system applicable to universities, emphasize the importance of extracurricular activities, strengthen the relationship of the University with community, paying attention to the university's reputation and fame, Finally, the need to match the community culture with the culture of society.
