A1 النظامي، منال حسن محمد AB هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى مدى توافر المتطلبات التقنية والبشرية لتطبيق التعليم عن بعد في مدارس محافظتي جرش وعجلون من وجهة نظر مديريها. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، والاستبانة كأداة للدراسة، وتم اختيار عينة الدراسة بالطريقة العشوائية بلغت (141) مديرا ومديرة. أظهرت النتائج أن درجة توافر المتطلبات التقنية لتطبيق التعليم عن بعد جاءت بدرجة منخفضة، بينما كانت درجة توافر المتطلبات البشرية لتطبيق التعليم عن بعد بدرجة متوسطة. وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تبعا لمتغير الجنس، أو سنوات الخبرة، أو المؤهل العلمي. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The study aimed at identifying the availability of technical and human requirements for the application of distance education in schools in the governorates of Jerash and Ajloun from the viewpoint of school principals, the survey descriptive method was used, and the questionnaire was used as a study tool. The study sample was randomly chosen, amounting to (141) male and female principals. The finding showed that the degree of the availability of technical requirements for the application of distance education was low, whereas the availability of human requirements was medium. The findings showed that there were no statistically significant differences attributed to gender variable, years of experience, or educational qualification.
