This research uses the descriptive method to come up with the skills list needed. The skills list contains eight main skills and twenty-eight sub skills to achieve these main skills. The research ends with some recommendation that include the benefit from the skills list when designing curricula and the use of the skills list for developing the suitable reading skills for primary four students.
