A1 الهاجري، وفاء شافي سعيد AB هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن علاقة الذكاء الروحي بالدافعية المهنية والصمود النفسي لدى معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية بدولة الكويت، والكشف عن مدى إمكانية التنبؤ بالذكاء الروحي من الدافعية المهنية والصمود النفسي لديهم. شارك في هذه الدراسة (231) معلم من معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية: (147) معلم و(84) معلمة. استخدمت الدراسة مقياس الذكاء الروحي (إعداد أمرام ودرير Amram & Dryer، 2008؛ ترجمة الباحثة)، ومقياس الدافعية المهنية (إعداد الباحثة)، ومقياس الصمود النفسي (إعداد الباحثة). توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى: وجود علاقة موجبة داله إحصائيا بين الذكاء الروحي والدافعية المهنية، ووجود علاقة موجبة دالة إحصائيا بين الذكاء الروحي والصمود النفسي، كما توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أنه يمكن التنبؤ بالذكاء الروحي من خلال الدافعية المهنية والصمود النفسي. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The study aimed to identify the relationship between spiritual intelligence, career motivation and psychological resilience among teachers from Al Kuwait country primary school stage, and predict by spiritual intelligence from career motivation and psychological resilience for them. The participation of the study consisted of (231) teacher from primary school stage (147) male and (84) female. The study used spiritual intelligence scale (prepared by Amram and Dryer, 2008; translated by author), career motivation scale (prepared by author) and psychological resilience (prepared by author). The results indicated to there are statistically significant positive relationship between spiritual intelligence and career motivation, there are statistically significant positive relationship between spiritual intelligence and psychological resilience, it is predictable spiritual intelligence through career motivation and psychological resilience.
