A1 جهاد، وجدان سعيد AB يهدف البحث إلى إعداد تمرينات خاصة باستخدام أجهزة وأدوات مساعدة لتحسين أداء مهارة العربية على بساط الحركات الأرضية في الجمناستك الفني للبراعم. والتعرف على تأثير التمرينات الخاصة باستخدام أجهزة وأدوات بتحسين أداء مهارة العربية على بساط الحركات الأرضية في الجمناستك الفني للبراعم. أما فروض البحث فهي أن التمرينات المهارية الخاصة باستخدام أجهزة وأدوات تؤثر بتحسين أداء مهارة العربية على بساط الحركات الأرضية في الجمناستك الفني للبراعم في تعلم وتطوير الأداء المهاري. استخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي لملاءمته طبيعة البحث. وتم تحديد البحت وعينته بالطريقة العمدية وهم لاعبي المدرسة التخصصية بأعمار (5-8) سنة فئة البراعم الذين يتدربون في نادي الأمانة في محافظة بغداد والبالغ عددهم (10) لاعبين من مجتمع البحث. إما عينة البحث فكانت (8) لاعبين وكانت نسبتهم (80%) واستخدم الباحث أسلوب المجموعتين المتكافئتين الضابطة والتجريبية. استنتج الباحث أن للتمرينات المعدة باستخدام الأجهزة والأدوات المساعدة دور كبير في تحسين أداء مهارة العربية على بساط الحركات الأرضية، تفوق المجموعة التي استخدمت التمرينات الخاصة بالأجهزة والأدوات على المجموعة التي لم تستخدم التمرينات الخاصة المعدة من قبل الباحث. أما أهم التوصيات فهي بالإمكان إجراء دراسات مشابهة للتدريب على جهاز بساط الحركات الأرضية باستخدام الأجهزة والأدوات المساعدة. ضرورة استعمال الأجهزة والأدوات المساعدة لتعلم مهارات الجمناستك الفني ولا سيما البراعم من أجل اختصار الوقت والجهد للمدرب واللاعب.
