A1 الجعافرة، عبد السلام يوسف فالح AB هدفت الدراسة الكشف عن مستوى أداء معلمات الصف الثاني الأساسي في تعليم اللغة العربية في الموقف الصفي من وجهة نظر مديرات مدارس الحلقة الأساسية الأولى في الأردن. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (100) مديرة. لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، صممت استبانة مكونة من (49) فقرة موزعة على أربع مهارات رئيسة: استماع، ومحادثة، وقراءة، وكتابة. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى الأداء الكلي للمعلمات في تعليم اللغة العربية، جاء بمستوى أداء متوسط، ماعدا مهارة الاستماع جاءت في المستوى الضعيف، وجاءت مهارة القراءة في المرتبة الأولى، وفي المرتبة الثانية مهارة الكتابة، وفي المرتبة الثالثة مهارة المحادثة، وفي المرتبة الرابعة والأخيرة مهارة الاستماع. كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغيري الإقليم والخبرة. أوصت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات، أبرزها التأكيد على الاهتمام بتعليم مهارتي الاستماع والمحادثة. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The study aims to identify the degree of performance of the second-grade female teachers in teaching Arabic language in the classroom from the point of view of school principals in Jordan. The sample consists of (100) school principals. In order to achieve the goals of the study a questionnaire consisting of (49) items were designed. The items were distributed among four main skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. The results of study show that the overall performance level of female teachers was moderate in teaching Arabic language, except for the listening skill which was weak. The reading skill ranked first, the writing skill came second, the speaking skill came third, and the listening skill came last. The results of the study show that there was no significant statistical difference in the degree of these skills due to the region and experience variables. The study presented a number of recommendations, most notably the emphasis on teaching listening and speaking skills.
