A1 باش، سحر ديب قرة AB هدف هذا البحث إلى تعرف درجة تحقيق تكافؤ الفرص التعليمية في شعب استعدوا للالتحاق بالمدرسة. استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت عينة البحث من (40) موجها تربويا ومشرفا للتعليم الإلزامي في مديرية تربية دمشق. استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال توزيع استبانة أعدت لهذا الغرض. وكان من أهم نتائج البحث: جاءت درجة تحقيق تكافؤ الفرص التعليمية بالنسبة لمجال التجهيزات المادية متوسطة، وبالنسبة لمجالي الخدمات الإدارية والخدمات التعليمية مرتفعة. عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائي بالنسبة لمجالي (الخدمات الإدارية، الخدمات التعليمية) وفق متغير موقع المدرسة والمؤهل العلمي والتربوي وعدد سنوات الخبرة، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة بالنسبة لمجال (التجهيزات المادية) وهذه الفروق لصالح المدارس الواقعة في مركز المدينة ولصالح الموجهين التربويين.
