A1 الخطيب، إبراهيم عبد الله AB هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد مهارات البحث الإجرائي الواجب توافرها لدى معلمي التربية الإسلامية بالمرحلة المتوسطة، والكشف عن درجة أهمية توافرها لدى معلمي التربية الإسلامية بالمرحلة المتوسطة بمحافظة الأحساء، ودرجة ممارستهم لها، وتحديد معوقات ممارستهم للبحث الإجرائي، وآفاق التطوير الممكنة لتفعيله لديهم. وللإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي، كما استخدم الاستبانة أداة للدراسة، وتمثلت عينة الدراسة من (16) مشرفًا تربويًا، وأظهرت الدراسة عددًا من النتائج منها: تحددت مهارات البحث الإجرائي الواجب توافرها لدى معلمي التربية الإسلامية بالمرحلة المتوسطة بما يلي: 1) مهارة تحديد المشكلة وصياغتها. 2) مهارة مراجعة الأدبيات المتعلقة بموضوع البحث. 3) مهارة جمع البيانات. 4) مهارة تحليل البيانات وتفسيرها، كما بينت النتائج أن إدراك مشرفي التربية الإسلامية تجاه أهمية توافر مهارات البحث الإجرائي لدى معلمي التربية الإسلامية بالمرحلة المتوسطة بمحافظة الأحساء كان مرتفعًا، كما تبين من نتائج الدراسة أن محور مهارة تحديد المشكلة وصياغتها، احتل المرتبة الأولى لدى المعلمين من حيث الممارسة، كما أظهرت النتائج أن أهم المعوقات التي تواجه المعلمين تجاه ممارسة البحث الإجرائي هو ضعف الحوافز المادية والمعنوية، كما بينت النتائج أن أهم أفق من آفاق التطوير الممكنة لتفعيل البحث الإجرائي لدى المعلمين -يكمن في توفير المناخ المناسب الداعم داخل المدرسة. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB This study is aimed at determining the action research skills that teachers of Islamic Education should have at the intermediate stage, in addition to revealing its importance for teachers of Islamic Education at the intermediate stage in Al-Ahsa Governorate. the degree of their practice, as well as identifying the obstacles to their practice of action research, and the possible development prospects for activating it for those teachers. To answer the study questions, the researcher used the descriptive survey approach and the questionnaire as a study tool. The study sample consisted of (16) educational supervisors. The study has come to a number of results, including: The action research skills that teachers of Islamic Education should have at the intermediate stage, were determined by the following: 1) The skill of defining and formulating the problem, 2) The skill of literature review related to the research topic, 3) The skill of data collection, 4)The skill of data analysis and interpretation. The results have also shown that the awareness of Islamic Education supervisors towards the importance of having action research skills among Islamic education teachers at the intermediate stage in Al-Ahsa governorate was high. According to the results of the study, the skill of problem identification and formulation, ranked first among teachers in terms of practice; the most important obstacles that teachers face towards practicing action research is the weakness of the material and moral incentives. The study concluded that the most important method of possible development prospects for activating action research for teachers lies in providing the appropriate supportive atmosphere within the school.
