A1 عبد الجواد، وداد سامي AB هدف البحث إلى بناء موقع إلكتروني مقترح للتنمية المهنية فى الحوكمة الإلكترونية لمديرى المؤسسات في ضوء معايير الجودة. قامت الباحثة باستخدام المنهج شبة التجريبي ذي المجموعة الواحدة. توصلت إلى تحديد قائمة بمعايير الحوكمة الإلكترونية، وقائمة بالكفايات اللازمة لمديري المؤسسات في الحوكمة الإلكترونية، وقائمة برصد الاحتياجات التدريبية لمديري المؤسسات التي في ضوئها تم بناء الموقع الإلكتروني المقترح، كما قامت الباحثة بتطبيق أدوات البحث على عينة قوامها (37) مديراً. أظهرت نتائج البحث وجود ضعف فى برامج التنمية المهنية الإلكترونية لمديرى ووكلاء المؤسسات، ويوصى البحث بضرورة تنمية مهارات مديري المؤسسات في ضوء معايير الجودة. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The aim of the research is to build a proposed website for professional development in e-governance for enterprise managers in the light of quality standards; the researcher used the semiexperimental approach with one group, and came to identify a list of e-governance standards, a list of competencies necessary for enterprise managers in e-governance, and a list of monitoring the training needs of enterprise managers in the light of which the proposed website was built, the researcher also applied research tools to a sample of (37) managers, and the research results showed a weakness in the professional development programs for enterprise managers the research recommends the need to develop the skills of managers Institutions in the light of quality standards.
