A1 عبد الحفيظ، هاجر زكريا A2 محمود، أشرف محمود أحمد A2 عبد الصادق، آمنة عبد الخالق AB هدفت الدراسة رصد واقع القيادة التعليمية لدى مديري مدارس التعليم الابتدائي كمدخل لتحقيق الفعالية التعليمية بمحافظة البحر الأحمر. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي؛ واستخدمت استبانة مكونة من خمس محاور (المتعلم - المعلم - المنهج - البنية التحتية - المشاركة المجتمعية)، وطبقت على عينة قدرها (800) معلما من المعلمين والمعلمات بمدارس التعليم الابتدائي بمحافظة البحر الأحمر، بمناطق الغردقة، سفاجا، رأس غارب، القصير، مرسي علم. كشفت نتائج الدراسة الميدانية على أن جاء درج التحقيق الفعالية التعليمية بالمدارس الابتدائية بمحافظة البحر الأحمر في ضوء القيادة التعليمة بدرجة كبيرة من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة من (المعلمين)، كما كشفت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ظاهرية بين المتوسطات الحسابية لدرجة تحقيق الفعالية التعليمية في المدارس الابتدائية في ضوء القيادة التعليمية بمحافظة البحر الأحمر لعينة الدراسة من المعلمين، تبعا لمتغير النوع، ولمتغير الدرجة الوظيفية والمؤهل الدراسي وعدد سنوات الخبرة. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The study aimed to monitor the reality of educational leadership among elementary school principals as an approach to achieving educational effectiveness in the Red Sea Governorate. The study adopted a descriptive approach and used a questionnaire consisting of five axes (learner-teacher-curriculum-infrastructure-community participation). It was applied to a sample of 800 male and female teachers in elementary schools in the Red Sea Governorate, in the areas of Hurghada, Safaga, Ras Gharib, El Quseir, and Marsa Alam. The results of the field study revealed that achieving educational leadership for educational effectiveness in elementary schools in the Red Sea Governorate from the perspective of the study sample of teachers was high. There were no significant differences between the mean scores of achieving educational leadership for educational effectiveness in elementary schools in the Red Sea Governorate for the study sample of teachers according to gender, job position, academic qualification, and years of experience.
