A1 السناني، مها بنت فهد بن عثمان AB هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستوى تطبيق معايير هيئة تقويم التعليم والتدريب في الإشراف التربوي ومعوقاتها من وجهة نظر مشرفي الإدارة المدرسية بالرياض. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي المسحي. وطبقت الباحثة استبانة على (53) مشرفَ إدارةٍ مدرسية مستخدمة أسلوب الحصر الشامل. وأظهرت النتائج أن مستوى تطبيق معايير هيئة تقويم التعليم والتدريب في الإشراف التربوي كان مرتفعاً، بمتوسط حسابي (4.11). وأظهرت النتائج وجود معوقات لعمل مشرفي الإدارة المدرسية بالرياض في تطبيق معايير هيئة تقويم التعليم والتدريب في الإشراف التربوي بدرجة مرتفعة، بمتوسط حسابي (3.59). وجاءت المعوقات الاقتصادية في المرتبة الأولى، يليها المعوقات الإدارية، ثم المعوقات الفنية، يليها المعوقات التنظيمية. بينما جاءت المعوقات الشخصية في المرتبة الأخيرة كأقل المعوقات في هذا المجال. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB This study aims to identify the level of applying the standards set by the Education and Training Evaluation Commission in educational supervision, and the obstacles in the face of their application, from the perspective of school management supervisors in Riyadh. The study is prepared using the descriptive method. To achieve the study purposes, the researcher applied the questionnaire on 53 school management supervisors, using the complete enumeration method. Study findings showed that the level of applying the standards set by the Education and Training Evaluation Commission in educational supervision was high, with an average of (4.11). The findings further showed that there are obstacles facing school management supervisors in Riyadh, hindering their application of the Education and Training Evaluation Authority’s standards to educational supervision with a high degree, scoring an average of (3.59). The economic obstacles ranked first, followed by the administrative obstacles, the technical obstacles, and the organizational obstacles respectively. Personal obstacles ranked last, which indicates they are the least obstacles in this field.
