A1 قمو، حسناء A2 جلابية، مريم A2 الأعور، إسماعيل A2 كادي، الحاج A2 زكور، مفيدة محمد AB هدفت الدراسة إلى دراسة العلاقة بين اليقظة العقلية والأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي بولاية تقرت، وذلك من خلال تحقيقها للأهداف التالية: التعرف على طبيعة العلاقة بين اليقظة العقلية والأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي، وكذا التعرف على الفروق الممكن وجودها في اليقظة العقلية لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي حسب متغيري الجنس والأقدمية، وكذا التعرف على الفروق الممكن وجودها في الأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي حسب متغيري الجنس والأقدمية. أجريت الدراسة على عينة متكونة من 120 أستاذ وأساتذة في بعض ثانويات ولاية تقرت، ولجمع المعلومات تم تطبيق مقياس اليقظة العقلية لـ "عبد الرحمان، 2016" ومقياس الأداء الوظيفي لـ "ديعلي ليلى، 2022" وكان اعتمادنا على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي باعتباره أكثر تلاؤما مع موضوع ومضمون البحث، حيث يقوم على دراسة وتحليل الظاهرة ومن ثم وصفها وصفا دقيقا. لمعالجة البيانات وتحليلها إحصائيا تم استخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية (spss-20) وقد توصلنا إلى النتائج التالية: 1) عدم وجود علاقة ارتباطيه موجبة بين اليقظة العقلية والأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي. 2) توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في اليقظة العقلية لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي تعزى لمتغير الجنس. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في اليقظة العقلية لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي تعزى لمتغير الأقدمية. 3) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي تعزى لمتغير الجنس. 4) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الأداء الوظيفي لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي تعزى لمتغير الأقدمية. (ملخص المؤلف) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The study aimed at examining the relationship between mental alertness and job performance among secondary education teachers in Touggourt state, by achieving the following objectives: Identifying the nature of the relationship between mental alertness and job performance among secondary education teachers, as well as identifying the possible differences in mental alertness among secondary education teachers according to the variables of gender and seniority, as well as identifying the possible differences in job performance among secondary education teachers according to the variables of gender and seniority. The study was conducted on a sample consisting of 120 professors and professors in some high schools in the state of Tikrit, and to collect information, the mental alertness scale of "Abdul Rahman 2016" and the functional performance scale of "Diali Laila 2022" were applied. It is based on studying and analyzing the phenomenon and then describing it accurately. To process and analyze the data statistically, the statistical package program (spss-20) was used, and we have reached the following results: 1) There is no positive correlation between mental alertness and job performance among secondary school teachers. 2) There are statistically significant differences in the mental alertness of secondary education teachers due to the gender variable. 3) There are no statistically significant differences in the mental alertness of secondary education teachers due to the seniority variable. 4) There are no statistically significant differences in job performance among secondary education teachers due to the gender variable. 5) There are no statistically significant differences in the job performance of secondary education teachers due to the seniority variable.
