A1 عبعوب، العيد A2 منصوري، توفيق A2 بن غنيمة، السعيد A2 حميدة، نواصرية A2 حميدة، نواصرية AB اعتمدنا في دراستنا على منهج دراسة الحالة. مجتمع بحثنا يتمثل في أساتذة وإداري ثانوية زقوني الصغير بحيث تم إجراء مسح شامل وذلك لأن مجتمع البحث متكون من 36 مفردة فقط. طبقت أدوات البحث والتقصي: تم الاعتماد على أداة الاستبيان والمقابلة في جمع معلومات وبيانات الدراسة الميدانية. الدراسة الميدانية على 37 مفردة منها 36 تم مسحهم بواسطة استبيان ومفردة واحدة طبقت عليها أداة المقابلة. وقد تم التوصل إلى النتائج الموالية: 1) الفيس بوك أهم وسيلة معتمدة في الاتصال داخل المؤسسة خلال الجائحة. 2) لم يؤثر فيروس كورونا على العلاقات الاتصالية بين مختلف أعضاء هيئة التدريس. 3) من أبرز المعوقات التي أفرزتها الإجراءات الاحترازية خلال فترة كورونا على العملية الاتصالية هو الحجم الساعي. Our research community is represented by the professors and administrators of the secondary school of Ziqouni Al-Saghir, so that a comprehensive survey was conducted, because the research community consisted of only 36 individuals. The field study was conducted on 37 items, 36 of which were surveyed by means of a questionnaire and one item on which the interview tool was applied, and the following results were reached: 1) Face book is the most important means of communication within the institution during the pandemic. 2) Corona virus did not affect the communication relations between different faculty members. 3) One of the most prominent obstacles that the precautionary measures during the Corona period have created on the communicative process is the hourly size.
