A1 الهمزاني، أحمد بن عواد بن حسين AB هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تشخيص واقع توظيف تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تطوير الأداء الإداري لمديري المدارس الثانوية بمدينة حائل، والكشف عن متطلبات وصعوبات تطبيقها، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتم تطبيق أداة الاستبانة على كامل مجتمع الدراسة، المكوَّن من (36) مديرًا للمدارس الثانوية بمدينة حائل. أظهرت النتائج أن واقع توظيف الذكاء الاصطناعي جاء بدرجة منخفضة، حيث تركز الاستخدام في جانب اتخاذ القرار أكثر من غيره، بينما جاء توظيفه في تقويم الأداء بأدنى المستويات. كما بينت النتائج أن متطلبات التوظيف جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، أبرزها الحاجة إلى التدريب والدعم المؤسسي، بينما تمثلت أبرز الصعوبات في قلة الدعم المالي، ونقص التأهيل والتخصص، وضعف البنية التحتية التقنية. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تطوير سياسات تعليمية تُعزز دمج الذكاء الاصطناعي في الإدارة المدرسية، وتوفير برامج تدريبية للمديرين، وتدعيم المدارس بالبنية التحتية اللازمة، بما يسهم في تحسين الأداء الإداري وتحقيق جودة التعليم. (ملخص المؤلف http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB This study aimed to assess the extent to which artificial intelligence (AI) technologies are employed to enhance the administrative performance of secondary school principals in Hail City. Adopting a descriptive survey methodology, data were collected from the entire study population, comprising 36 secondary school principals. The findings indicated a low level of AI utilization, with primary application observed in decision-making processes, while its use in performance evaluation was minimal. The study also identified a high level of requirements for effective AI integration, particularly the need for professional training and institutional support. Major challenges included limited financial resources, inadequate qualifications and specialization, and an underdeveloped technological infrastructure. The study recommends the formulation of educational policies that support the integration of AI into school administration, the implementation of targeted training programs, and the provision of necessary infrastructure to enhance administrative efficiency and promote educational quality.
