A1 عثمان، محمد توفيق A2 آل زغير، قتيبة غانم محمود AB يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على أثر جهد لاهوائي في مستويات القدرة اللاهوائية ومستوى انخفاضها بدلالة مؤشر التعب في عدد من المهارات الأساسية لدى لاعبي منتخب تربية محافظة نينوى بالكرة الطائرة. شملت عينة البحث منتخب تربية محافظة نينوى للكرة الطائرة الذين تراوحت أعمارهم (13-16) سنة، وتم تطبيق اختبار (RAST) للقدرة اللاهوائية واختبارات المهارات الأساسية المتمثلة بـ (تمرير، الضرب الساحق، الإرسال)، وبعد جمع البيانات تمت المعالجة إحصائيا باستخدام الأوساط الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية واختبار (T-test) لعينتين مرتبطتين وبعد عرض النتائج ومناقشتها خلص البحث إلى ما يأتي: هناك تزايد في قيمة مؤشر التعب مع انخفاض معدل القدرة اللاهوائية، مع تقدم استمرار أداء المحاولات الست لاختبار (RAST). لم يكن للجهد اللاهوائي المستخدم أثر واضحا في قياس دقة أداء المهارات الثلاث قيد الدراسة (إرسال، الضرب الساحق، التمريرة)، على الرغم أن اختبار (RAST) كان مناسبا لأفراد العينة. The sample included Nineveh volleyball education team who were aged (13-16) years. The standard deviations and T-test of two associated samples after the presentation and discussion of the results, the research concluded that: There is an increase in fatigue value with a decrease in anaerobic capacity rate, with the continued performance of the six RAST attempts. The anaerobic effort used had no apparent effect on measuring the accuracy of the performance of the three skills under study (transmission, crushing, pass), although the RAST test was appropriate for the sample.
