A1 الجغيفي، حامد محمد عماش AB هدف البحث التعرف على مستوى اخلاقيات العمل الاداري لمدرسي المدارس الثانوية من في محافظة كركوك وما لهذا الجانب من اهمية كبيرة في تطوير اداء وعمل الادارات المدرسية من اجل تحقيق الاهداف الادارية ،التي يُخّطط لها مسبقا والوصول الى اعلى مستوى تعاون اداري ، من خلال تحقيق النتائج المثمرة التي يمكن ان تكون لها الاثر الفعال في رفع مستوى ذلك التعاون في العمل الميداني ، ومن هنا نشأت فكرة الحاجة الى توجيه الاهتمام الى ضرورة الاهتمام بعملية اخلاقيات العمل الاداري في المدارس الثانوية من وجه نظر مدرسي التربية الرياضية على اعتبار ان المدرسين هم الاداة الفعالة في مواكبة التغيرات ولا تستطيع الادارة بمفردها ان تمارس مهامها الادارية والتعليمية بدون تعاون ومساندة المدرسون وما لديهم من خبرات علمية وافكار متجددة. حيث استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي لملاءمته طبيعة المشكلة. اشتمل مجتمع البحث (279) مدرسا للتربية الرياضية في محافظة كركوك، وفي معالجة البيانات إحصائيا تم استخدام النسبة المئوية واستنتج الباحث بناء على نتائج مقياس أخلاقيات العمل الإداري امتلاك مدرسو التربية الرياضية أخلاقيات العمل الإداري بمستوى عالي. Hence, the idea arose of the need to direct attention to need to pay attention to the process of administrative work ethics in secondary schools from the point of view of teachers of physical education, given that teachers are the effective tool in keeping pace with changes, and the administration alone cannot exercise its administrative and educational tasks without the cooperation and support of teachers and their scientific experiences and renewed ideas. The researcher used the descriptive survey method to suit the nature of the problem. The research community included (279) physical education teachers in Kirkuk Governorate, and the percentage was used in processing the data statistically. Based on the results of the administrative work ethics scale, the researcher concluded that physical education teachers possessed administrative work ethics at a high level.
