A1 عمر، محمود أحمد A2 سليمان، رياض A2 أحمد، نها أحمد عاشور AB يهدف البحث إلى الكشف عن الخصائص السيكومترية لمقياس الإرهاق الانفعالي. تم إجراء البحث على عينة بلغ (200) من طلاب وطالبات الفرقة الثالثة والرابعة بكلية التربية، جامعة عين شمس، وذلك في العام الدراسي 2022-2023. تم إجراء التحليل العاملي التوكيدي. توصلت نتائج البحث إلى تميز المقياس بصدق عاملي جيد، واتساق داخلي مرتفع، وكذلك بثبات مرتفع حيث بلغت قيمة ألفا كرونباك للمقياس (0.933). The research was conducted on a sample of (200) male and female students. The third and fourth year at the Faculty of Education, Ain Shams University, in the academic year 2022-2023. The confirmatory factor analysis was performed, and the results revealed that the scale has good factorial validity, high internal consistency, as well as high reliability (Alpha Cronbach=0.933).
