A1 السنان، إيمان سلطان AB هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف درجة توافر الكفايات التدريسية والإنسانية لدى مدربي الثقافة الإسلامية بالهيئة العامة للتعليم التطبيق والتدريب بدولة الكويت، ودلالة إسهام الكفايات في التنبؤ بالتحصيل الدراس للمتدربات. وتكونت العينة من (132) من المتدربات بالمعهد العالي للخدمات الإدارية، طبق عليهن استبانة تقيس (8) كفايات لدى هؤلاء المدربين. وكشفت النتائج أن كفايتا المحتوى العلمي، والكفاية الإنسانية فقط ترتفعان لدى المدربين. وبشكل إجمالي تتوافر الكفايات التدريسية لدى المدربين بدرجة متوسطة، وتبين أن حجم تأثير الكفايات في المتدربات يعادل (26%)، وأن كفاية إعداد المحتوى العلمي، والكفاية الشخصية كانتا فقط هما اللتان تسهمان في التنبؤ بالتحصيل للمتدربات. وقد تبين عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسطات درجات تقدير المتدربات على كل من الدرجة الكلية وجميع أبعاد الكفايات التدريسية والإنسانية تبعا لمتغير الجنسية، وكذلك تبعا لمتغير التخصص. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The study aims to identify the degree to which teaching and human competencies are available among Islamic culture trainers at the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training in the state of Kuwait, and the significance level of contribution of those competencies in predicting the academic achievement of female trainees. The sample consisted of 132 female trainees at the Higher Institute for Administrative Services, where a questionnaire was applied to measure8 competencies among those trainers. The results revealed that the trainers scored high only in the human and scientific-content competencies. However, their teaching competencies turned out to be average overall. It was found out that these competencies have a 26%influenceonfemale trainees, and that the personal and scientific-content-preparation competencies were the only ones that contribute to predicting achievement for the female trainees. It was also found that there were no statistically significant differences at the level 0.05 between the average grades of the female trainees regarding both the total score and the aggregate of all dimensions of teaching and human competencies as per the nationality variable, as well as according to the specialization variable.
