The research depended on the comparative method, it concluded that the second cycle of basic education in Egypt needs more development and attention to developing positive thinking among students, and then a proposed concept was developed to develop the second cycle of basic education in Egypt and develop the skill of positive thinking among its students in the light of Sweden's experience.
