A1 أحمد، شاكر محمد A2 زهو، محمد لطيف محمد AB هدف البحث إلى معرفة قياس الجودة الشخصية لدى رؤساء الأقسام في جامعة تكريت. وتحقيقا لأهداف البحث اعتمد الباحث التصميم التجريبي ذا الضبط الجزئي وهو تصميم المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة ذوي الاختبارين القبلي والبعدي ووضع فرضيتين للبحث. تم تحديد مجتمع البحث الذي يمثل رؤساء أقسام كلية التربية للعلوم الإنسانية، جامعة تكريت. تم اختيار عينة البحث (80) من رؤساء الأقسام قصديا، وتم تقسيم العينة على مجموعتين تجريبية ومجموعة ضابطة. The researcher adopts the experimental design with partial control, which is the design of the experimental and control groups alongside pre and post tests and two hypotheses. The research community is represented by the heads of the departments of the College of Education for Human Sciences. The research sample is intentionally selected, and it is divided into two groups: experimental group and a control one.
