A1 شاكر، عبد الملك محمد يحيى A2 المذحجي، منصور قاسم A2 أمين، عبد الجبار الطيب A2 بشر، يحي منصور A2 العولقي، عبد الملك عبد الله AB هدفت الدراسة إلى قياس الكفاءة الإنتاجية الداخلية (الحجمية، والفنية) للجامعات الحكومية اليمنية باستخدام أسلوب التحليل التطويقي للبيانات (DEA)، وتصنيفها أو ترتيبها حسب كفاءتها الإنتاجية الداخلية المحققة، وتحديد القيم أو النسب التي يمكن خفضها من مدخلات الجامعات غير الكفؤة ـ وأيضاً ـ التي يمكن زيادتها في مخرجات تلك الجامعات حتى تحقق الكفاءة الإنتاجية، وأخيراً تحديد الجامعات المرجعية لكل جامعة غير كفؤة التي استطاعت تحقيق الكفاءة الإنتاجية الداخلية على الرغم من أنها تعمل في نفس الظروف التنافسية للجامعات غير الكفؤة. ولتحقيق أهداف البحث استخدم الباحث أسلوب التحليل التطويقي للبيانات(DEA)، مطبقاً نموذج عوائد الحجم الثابتة ((CRS، ونموذج عوائد الحجم المتغيرة(VRS)بالتوجهين الإدخالي والإخراجي. وقد توصل البحث إلى جملة من النتائج أبرزها: إن عدد الجامعات التي حققت الكفاءة الإنتاجية الداخلية الحجمية ثلاث جامعات هي: (جامعة صنعاء، جامعة عمران، جامعة حجة) من أصل عشر جامعات محل البحث، في حين وجُـد إن عدد الجامعات الحكومية اليمنية التي حققت الكفاءة الإنتاجية الداخلية الفنية أربع جامعات هي: (جامعة عدن، جامعة ذمار، جامعة حضرموت، جامعة البيضاء) من جانبي المدخلات والمخرجات، وتمثل نسبة (40%)من إجمالي الجامعات محل البحث. (ملخص المؤلف) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB This research is aimed at measuring the internal efficiency of productivity (technical – size) in the Yemen government universities by using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), and classifying, arranging them due to the efficiency of achieved internal productivity. Then identify the values and ratios that can be excepted from the inefficient university input. Also, increase the input of government universities that can be used to achieve the efficiency of productivity. Finally, determined the university benchmarking – for all the inefficient universities that could achieve the internal efficiency of productivity, though they are working at same competitive conditions as same as inefficient universities. To achieve the aims of this research, the researcher uses method of Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), applies the model of Constant Returns Scales (CRS), with orientation of input and output. The researcher comes out to the main following findings: The number of universities that achieve the internal size efficiency of productivity are three universities from totally ten applied universities. As well, four Yemen government universities achieve the internal technical efficiency of productivity, they are Aden University, Dhamar University, Hadramout University, and AL-Baydh University either from the output or input sides.
