A1 شاكر، عبد الملك محمد يحيى A2 محمد، أحمد علي بديوي A2 الغيثي، عبد الله مبارك A2 برقعان، أحمد محمد A2 المخلافي، محمد عثمان AB هدفت الدراسة إلى بناء أداة (مقياس) لتقويم واقع الأداء التدريسي المنفذ في كلية التربية والآداب بصعدة للفوج الدراسي 2004/2005م عام الأساس والعام 2007/2008م عام التقويم، والإجابة على تساؤلات البحث. اعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي(المسحي)، وأسلوب تحليل النظم في بناء الأداة(المقياس) مقتصراً على تقويم الأداء التدريسي بالكلية. وقد تضمنت الأداة المراحل الثلاث(المدخلات، العمليات، المخرجات)، حيث تضمنت مرحلة المدخلات (6) عناصر، وتضمنت مرحلة العمليات (12) عنصراً ، أما مرحلة المخرجات فكان عنصر الطلبة الخريجين. كما تضمن كل عنصر عدد من المؤشرات الكمية والنوعية. ولجمع البيانات عن المؤشرات الكمية والنوعية، قام الباحث بوضع المؤشرات النوعية في استبانة من صورتين، الأولى خاصة بالطلبة، والأخرى خاصة بأعضاء هيئة التدريس بالكلية، تضمنت الاستبانة (22) فقرة. كما تم تصميم (6)نماذج استمارات لجمع البيانات عن المؤشرات الكمية، تم الحصول على البيانات بشأنها من خلال تحليل السجلات والوثائق بالأقسام والوحدات الإدارية بالكلية. وطبقت الاستبانة الخاصة بالطلبة على طلبة المستوى الرابع بالكلية من جميع التخصصات، بلغ عددهم (625)طالب وطالبة، وتم تطبيق الاستبانة الخاصة بأعضاء هيئة التدريس على جميع أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالكلية، والبالغ عددهم (45)عضواً. وكان من أبـرز نتائج البحث : حققت الكلية مستوى الأداء التدريسي بشكل كلي نسبة (46.57%) بتقدير (ضعيف)، وحصل واقع الأداء المنفذ بالكلية بجميع العناصر ومؤشراتها على نسبة (48%)بتقدير (ضعيف). كما حصل عنصر الطالبة المتخرجين بمرحلة المخرجات بجميع مؤشراته على نسبة (44%) بتقدير (ضعيف). (ملخص المؤلف) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The study aims to recognize the situation of performance executed at the Faculty of Arts and Education in Saadah at the academic year 2004/2005 (general –basics) and academic year 2007/2008 ( assessment ) through the answer the research's inquiries, the researcher depended on the descriptive methodology to describe the phenomenon in an organized manner and diagnose its different sides, collecting data and information, its classification and analysis, concluding results and setting recommendation and suggestions .the researcher has conducted the following producers : Building an instrument to evaluate the performance of the faculty, it included three stages : inputs, operations and outputs), The inputs stage included 25 qualitative and quantitative indicators, the operation stage includes 30 qualitative and quantitative indicators whereas the outputs stage includes five quantitative indicators . To confirm its validity, the process has been subjected to a trueness investigation by a number of arbiters, The qualitative indicators set on a questionnaire in two models included 22 items, one related to students and other for teaching staff at the faculty. There are 8 qualitative indicators incorporated in special forms. The data has been extracted through the estimations of the heads of the depts. at the faculty and other some data extracted by direct observation, (6) questionnaire forms have been designed to collect data in terms of the quantitative indicators, they reached 30 indicators, the data herewith extracted from records and documents at the depts. and administrative units of the faculty, The questionnaire has been applied to level four students from different specialties, the number reached 625 wears the questionnaire distributed on the teaching staff, they reached 45 members.
