A1 الرشيدي، ربيع تركي ربيع AB هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع مصادر التمويل الذاتي في الجامعات السعودية، كما هدفت إلى التعرف على دور الإدارة الجامعية في تنمية مصادر التمويل الذاتي في الجامعات الحكومية السعودية، والتعرف أيضا على المعوقات التي تحول دون تنويع مصادر التمويل الذاتي. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، والاعتماد على استبانة طبقت على أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية، البالغ عددهم (866) عضو هيئة تدريس. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج، تمثلت في: 1) أن أفراد الدراسة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية موافقون على محور: واقع مصادر التمويل الذاتي في الجامعات الحكومية السعودية. 2) أن أفراد الدراسة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية موافقون على محور: المعوقات التي يمكن أن تحد من تنمية مصادر التمويل الذاتي في الجامعات الحكومية السعودية. وبناء عليه؛ توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية: 1) أهمية استحداث نظم جديدة تمنح صلاحيات فرض رسوم رمزية على بعض الخدمات التعليمية للطلبة. 2) إصدار لوائح جديدة تزيد من نسب إسهام القطاع الخاص في التمويل الجامعي. 3) توسيع نطاق استيعاب الطلبة الوافدين الدارسين في الجامعات الحكومية، أولئك الذين يدفعون رسومهم بالعملة الصعبة. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The study aimed to identify the reality of the sources of self-financing in Saudi universities, as well as to identify the role of the university administration in the development of self-financing sources in Saudi public universities, and also identify the obstacles that prevent the diversification of sources of self-financing. The questionnaire as a study tool was applied to the (866) faculty members of Imam Muhammad bin Saud University. The study reached a number of results: 1) The study members of the faculty members of Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University agreed on the theme of "the reality of self-financing sources in Saudi public universities". 2) The study members of the faculty members of Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University agree on the axis of "obstacles that may limit the development of sources of self-financing in Saudi public universities." Based on the findings of the study, the study recommended the following: 1) The importance of developing new systems that grant the powers of imposing a small fee on some educational services for students. 2) Issuing new regulations that increase the contribution of the private sector in university funding. 3) Expanding the absorption of foreign students studying in public universities who pay their fees in hard currency.
