A1 العادلي، علي ستار عبد الرضا AB استهدف البحث التعرف على التنظيم العاطفي لدى المرشدين التربويين، والتعرف على دلالة الفروق وفقا لمتغير الجنس، وتحقيقا لذلك تم تبني مقياس (الشمري، 2019) للتنظيم العاطفي وفقا لنموذج كروس ضم المقياس (30) فقرة واستعمل أسلوب العبارات التقريرية في صياغة الفقرات، ووضع أمام كل فقرة (5) بدائل متدرجة للإجابة هي (أوافق بشدة، أوافق بدرجة متوسطة، أوافق قليلا، لا أوافق، لا أوافق بشدة) تعطى لها عند التصحيح الدرجات (1، 2، 3، 4، 5) على التوالي، طبق المقياس على عينة البحث البالغة (200) مرشد ومرشده تم اختيارهم بالأسلوب الطبقي العشوائي، وتم التحقق من صدق المقياس وثباته. أظهرت النتائج أن المرشدين التربويين يتمتعون بالتنظيم العاطفي وأن الإناث يتمتعن بالتنظيم العاطفي أكثر من الذكور، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات. To achieve this, the (Al-Shammari, 2019) emotional regulation scale was adopted according to the cross model, which included the scale of 30 paragraphs, and used the method of declarative statements in drafting the paragraphs, and in front of each paragraph (5) graduated alternatives to the answer were (strongly agree, agree with a moderate degree, agree slightly, disagree, strongly disagree) grades are given to her upon correction (5, 4, 3, 2, 1) respectively. The scale was applied to the research sample of (200) mentors and their mentors were chosen by the random stratified method, and the validity and reliability of the scale were verified. The results showed that educational counselors enjoy emotional regulation and that females enjoy more emotional regulation than males, and the study reached a set of recommendations.
