A1 غانم، مدين عباس AB يهدف البحث التعرف على مهارات التدريس الصفي لدى مدرسي المدارس المتوسطة وعلاقتها بتحصيل طلبتهم اعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي اقتصر البحث على مدرسي مادة الرياضيات وطلبة الصف الثالث المتوسط للعام الدراسي (2019ـ2020م) تمثلت الأداة الأولى للبحث بطاقة الملاحظة مكونة من (42) مهارة تدريسية موزعة على (6) مجالات بتدرج خماسي واختبارا تحصيليا في مادة الرياضيات مكون من (40) فقرة من نوع الاختيار من متعدد وتم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها. أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية متوسطة بين مهارات التدريس الصفي لمدرسي الرياضيات وتحصيل طلبتهم وضعف مهارات التدريس الصفي لمدرسي ومدرسات الرياضيات في المدارس المتوسطة. وفي ضوء ذلك، أوصى الباحث بعدد من التوصيات وقدم بعض المقترحات. The researcher relied on the descriptive approach. The research was limited to mathematics teachers and third-grade intermediate students for the academic year 2019-2020. The first tool for research was the observation card consisting of (42) teaching skills distributed on (6) domains with a five-graded gradation either and an achievement test in mathematics consisting of (40) items of the type of multiple test, verified. The results showed that there is a moderate direct correlation Between the classroom teaching skills of mathematics teachers and the achievement of their students and the weakness of the classroom teaching skills of mathematics teachers in middle schools. In light of this, the researcher recommended a number of recommendations and made some suggestions.
