A1 علي، أحمد عدنان AB يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على آليات توظيف استراتيجية الاندماج في العمل الفني لتدريب معلمي التربية الفنية على مهارات عناصر وأسس العمل الفني من خلال: 1) تصميم خطط تدريسية على وفق هذه الاستراتيجية. 2) قياس أثر الخطط التدريسية في تنمية مهارات عناصر وأسس العمل الفني من خلال تطبيقها على عينة تجريبية من معلمي التربية الفنية للمرحلة الإبتدائية. أما أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث هي: تفوق المتدربين الذين درسوا عناصر وأسس العمل الفني على وفق استراتيجية الاندماج في العمل الفني على وفق المحتوى الذي أعد في الخطة التدريسية لقياس التحصيل المعرفي بحسب الاختبار البعدي المعد لهذا الغرض. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The research aims to identify the mechanisms of employing the integration strategy in the technical work to train the teachers of art education on the skills of elements and foundations of the artistic work through: 1) Designing teaching plans according to this strategy. 2) Measuring the impact of teaching plans in developing the skills of the elements and foundations of the work of art through applying them to a sample of the teachers of art education for the primary stage. The main findings of the research are: The trainees who studied the elements and foundations of the technical work according to the strategy of integration in the technical work according to the content prepared in the teaching plan to measure the cognitive achievement according to the post-test prepared for this purpose.
