A1 الغامدي، عبد الله علي رافعة A2 الغامدى، عمير سفر الحلي AB هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دور قادة مدراس الحي في توفير متطلبات مجتمع المعرفة بمدارس منطقة الباحة، وذلك من وجهة نظر المعلمين، وتحديد دلالة الفروق -إن وجدت -في استجابات عينة الدراسة من خلال (المؤهل العلمي، التخصص، سنوات الخبرة). تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي بصورته المسحية، وشملت عينة الدراسة كامل المجتمع، حيث بلغ حجمها (225) معلما. ولجمع بيانات الدراسة أعدت استبانة تكونت من (4) أبعاد: (إنتاج المعرفة وتوليدها، تنظيم المعرفة وتخزينها، نشر المعرفة وإدارتها، تطبيق المعرفة). توصلت الدراسة إلى أن قادة مدارس الحي بمنطقة الباحة يمارسون دورهم في توفير متطلبات مجتمع المعرفة بدرجة متوسطة وبمتوسط حسابي قدره 3.14، وانحراف معياري بلغ 0.67 وجاءت الأبعاد بدرجة توفر متقاربة وبمتوسطات بلغت (3.18، 3.17، 3.12، 3.11)، وانحرافات معيارية مقدرها (0.72، 0.75، 0.76، 0.74) على التوالي. وعلى ضوء هذه النتائج، تم تقديم مجموعة من التوصيات، منها: دعم جهود قادة مدارس الحي في منطقة الباحة نحو تلبية متطلبات مجتمع المعرفة، وخاصة نشر وإدارة المعرفة، التي تحتاج إلى جهود مضاعفة لمعالجة الخلل في تلبية متطلباتها. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The study aimed to determine the role of the school leaders in providing the requirements of knowledge themes in Al Baha region from teachers point view, as well as to determine the significance of the differences, if any, in the responses of the study sample according to some independent variables (Educational level, Major, years of experience), to achieve the objectives of the study a descriptive approach was followed in the study sample which included the whole sample of the study, as it consists of (225) teachers. In order to collect data for the purpose of this study, a questionnaire was formed consisting of (4) sections (production and generation of knowledge, organization and storage of knowledge, dissemination and management of knowledge, application of knowledge). The study concluded that the leaders of the schools in Al-Baha region practice their role in providing the requirements of a knowledge themes at a medium degree and an average mean of 3.14 and a standard deviation of 0.67 and the dimensions came with close degrees of practice and with averages (3.18, 3.17, 3.12, 3.11), and standard deviations estimated (0.72, 0.75, 0.76, 0.74) respectively. In light of these results, a set of recommendations were presented, including: Supporting the efforts of schools leaders in the Al-Baha region to meet the requirements of the knowledge themes, especially the dissemination and management of knowledge that needs double efforts to address the deficiency in meeting its requirements.
