Occupational bullying is frequent among subordinates with emotional, authoritarian personal styles, who force their employees to exercise immediate compliance with orders, but they are not interested in explaining the reasons behind this, and in the event that their employees do not carry out their orders without questions, they resort to the exercise of threats instead of delegating powers. Specialization (scientific - human). In order to reach the objectives of the research, the researcher built a scale of administrative bullying among the heads of scientific departments on a sample of (300) male and female teachers of Al-Mustansiriya University professors, and after extracting the validity and reliability coefficients of the scale, as well as extracting the data for their answers, the results of the research showed the following: 1) The heads of scientific departments suffer from a high level of administrative bullying. 2) There is no effect of gender and specialization in the high level of administrative bullying among the heads of scientific departments.
