A1 عبد الهادي، أيمن محمد AB هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن فاعلية المقررات الإلكترونية مفتوحة المصدر واسعة الانتشار (مووك) في تطوير الأداء المهني للمعلمين، كما هدف إلى قياس الفروق في الاتجاه لدى المعلمين نحو استخدام المقررات الإلكترونية مفتوحة المصدر واسعة الانتشار (مووك)، استخدم البحث المنهج شبه التجريبي، وتكونت عينة البحث من (30) معلم ومعلمة، وأسفرت نتائج البحث عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسطي درجات الاختبار التحصيلي لتطوير الأداء المهني للمعلمين في القياسين (القبلي – البعدي) لصالح القياس البعدي، بينما توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى (0.05) بين متوسطي الدرجات على مقياس الإتجاه نحو المقررات الإلكترونية مفتوحة المصدر واسعة الانتشار (مووك) في القياسين (القبلي – البعدي) لصالح القياس البعدي. (الملخص المنشور بتصرف) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The aim of the research was to detect The effectiveness of a Massive Open Online Courses (Moocs) in developing the professional performance among teacher, as well as to measure teachers' differences in attitudes towards the use of a Massive Open Online Courses (Moocs), The research used the semi-experimental curriculum, and the sample consisted of (30) teachers, The results of the research showed that there were statistically significant differences at Level (0.05) between the average scores of the achievement test for the development of the professional performance among teacher in the dimensions (tribal - post) for the benefit of the telemetry, While there are statistically significant differences at Level (0.05) between the average scores on the attitudes towards the Massive Open Online Courses (Moocs) in the measurements (tribal - post) for the benefit of telemetry.
