A1 العلوية، خديجة بنت عبد الله بن ناصر A2 المعايطة، عبد العزيز عطا الله AB هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف على درجـة ممارسـة القيادة الاخلاقية لمديري المـدارس الحكومية بمحافظة الداخلية بسلطنة عمان وعلاقة تلك الممارسة بالعدالة التنظيمية من وجهة نظر المعلمين، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، تم تطبيق أدوات القياس على أفراد عينة الدراسة والبالغ عددهم (699) من المعلمين، حيث أظهرت النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة أن درجة ممارسة القيادة الأخلاقية لمديري المدارس الحكومية بمحافظة الداخلية بسلطنة عمان قد كانت بدرجة كبيرة، وكانت درجة ممارسة العدالة التنظيمية لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة كبيرة أيضا، كما أوضحت نتائج الدراسة أن محاور القيادة الأخلاقية جميعها قد اسهمت بالتنبؤ في العدالة التنظيمية ما عدا محور الثقة. (الملخص المنشور بتصرف) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The study aims to identify the degree of government school principals’ practice of ethical leadership in Al Dakhiliya Governorate and its relation to organizational justice from teachers’ perspectives. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive and correlational approach is used. The scales have been applied to the study sample members consisting of 699 teachers. The results of the study showed that the degree of practicing ethical leadership for public school principals in Al Dakhiliya Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman was to a large degree, and the degree of organizational justice practice among the study sample individuals was also large, and the results of the study indicated that all axes of moral leadership contributed to predicting organizational justice Except for the axis of trust.
