A1 الريفي، نهى السيد علي علي A2 الموافي، فؤاد حامد A2 متولي، ليلى عبد العظيم AB تهدف الدراسة إلى التحقق من فعالية برنامج قائم على الدعم النفسي الإيجابي لتنمية الكفاءة الذاتية لدى معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية، يهدف إلى تنمية الكفاءة الذاتية بأبعادها (الشخصية - الاجتماعية - المهنية - الانفعالية). تتحدد العينة بمجموعتين عدد كل منهما (15) معلم ومعلمة من معلمي ومعلمات المرحلة الابتدائية، ممن لديهم انخفاض في الكفاءة الذاتية وقد تم تطبيق البرنامج على معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية. تكونت أدوات الدراسة من مقياس الكفاءة الذاتية للمعلم (إعداد الباحثة)، برنامج قائم على الدعم النفسي الإيجابي (إعداد الباحثة)، واستخدمت الباحثة اختبار مان وتني للمجموعات المستقلة، واختبار ويلكوکسون لإشارة الرتب للمجموعات المرتبطة للتحقق من فروض الدراسة، ولحساب حجم تأثير البرنامج باستخدام المعادلة التالية (z/ n √=r). أسفرت النتائج عن فعالية البرنامج لتنمية الكفاءة الذاتية لدى معلمي ومعلمات المرحلة الابتدائية. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The study aims to verify the effectiveness of a program based on positive psychological support for the development of self-competence among primary school teachers, aimed at developing self-efficiency in its dimensions (personal, social, professional, emotional). The sample of the current study is determined by two groups of (15) teachers of primary school teachers, who have a decrease in self-competence and the program has been applied to primary school teachers, the study tools consisted of the teacher's self-competence measure (preparation/researcher), a program based on positive psychological support (preparation/researcher). The researcher used the Man Whitney test for independent groups, the Wilcoxon grade signal test for associated groups to verify the study's assumptions, and to calculate the extent of the program's impact using the following equation (r=√ z/n). The results of the study resulted in the effectiveness of the program for the development of self-competence among primary school teachers.
