A1 حسن، علا محمد كيلاني AB هدف البحث إلى التعرف على واقع التميز لدى تلاميذ الحلقة الثانية من التعليم الأساسي في مصر في ضوء رؤية مصر 2030، والوصول إلى مقترحات لتحقيق تميز تلاميذ الحلقة الثانية من التعليم الأساسي في مصر. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي لأنه يناسب طبيعة هذا البحث، وتم تطبيق استبانة مكونة من (8) عبارات، وذلك على عينة مكونة من (752) معلم من معلمي مدارس الحلقة الثانية من التعليم الأساسي في محافظة المنيا. وتوصل البحث إلى وجود فجوة بين المؤشرات التي وضعتها رؤية مصر 2030 وبين واقع تميز تلاميذ الحلقة الثانية من التعليم الأساسي في مصر، من حيث تدني ترتيب تلاميذ مصر في الاختبارات العالمية مثل اختبار TMSS للعلوم والرياضيات للصف الثامن، بالإضافة إلى عدم وجود اختبارات وطنية موحدة تقيس قدرات تلاميذ الحلقة الثانية من التعليم الأساسي في مصر يمكن من خلالها الوقوف على مستويات التلاميذ واتخاذ القرارات بناء على ذلك، أما نتائج الدراسة الميدانية فتمثلت في ضعف واقع متطلبات تحقيق تميز تلاميذ الحلقة الثانية من التعليم الأساسي فيما يخص المتطلبات التشريعية والإدارية، وفيما يخص التلاميذ. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The aim of the research is to know the reality of excellence of the students of the second cycle of basic education in Egypt in the light of Egypt's vision 2030, and to reach proposals to achieve excellence for students of the second cycle of basic education in Egypt. The descriptive methodology was used because it fits the nature of this research, and a questionnaire consisting of (8) phrases was applied to a sample of (752) teachers from the second cycle schools of basic education in Minya Governorate. The research found a gap between the indicators set by Egypt’s Vision 2030 and the reality of the distinction of students of the second cycle of basic education in Egypt, in terms of the low ranking of Egyptian students in international tests such as the TMSS test for science and mathematics for the eighth grade, in addition to the absence of unified national tests that measure the capabilities of pupils of the second cycle of basic education in Egypt, through which it is possible to determine the levels of students and take decisions based on that.
