A1 حريش، لطف محمد يحيى AB يسعى البحث إلى التحقيق من الهدفين الآتيين، التعرف على مستوى الإساءة اللفظية التي يتعرض لها الأطفال من قبل الوالدين في مدينة ذمار، والتعرف على طبيعة الفروق في مستوى الإساءة اللفظية التي يتعرض لها الأطفال من قبل الوالدين في مدينة ذمار طبقا لمتغير جنس الطفل (ذكر - أنثى). تكونت العينة من (400) طفلا وطفلة بواقع (200) طفلا مقابل (200) طفلة، تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية من أربع مدارس أساسية من مدينة ذمار. واستخدم الباحث مقياس الوالدين للطفل من مرحلة التعليم الابتدائي من إعداد الباحثة نجوى نادر (1998) في جامعة دمشق، واتضح أن الأطفال في مدينة ذمار يتعرضون للإساءة اللفظية من قبل الوالدين، وأن مستوى الإساءة اللفظية من قبل الأب أكبر من مستوى الإساءة اللفظية من قبل الأم. كما اتضح وجود فروق إحصائية ذات دلالة معنوية في مستوى الإساءة اللفظية بين الأطفال الذكور والإناث ولصالح الذكور، وهذا يعني أن (الذكور) في مدينة ذمار يتعرضون للإساءة اللفظية من قبل الوالدين بمستوى أكبر مما تتعرض له (الإناث). The sample consisted of (400) male and female children (200) males versus (200) females, who were selected randomly from four basic schools in Dhamar city.
