A1 الحداد، أمل علي علي علي عبده A2 غنايم، مهنى محمد إبراهيم A2 الأخناوي، محمد السيد محمد AB هدف البحث إلى: 1) تحديد ماهية مجتمع المعرفة متطلباته مع التعرف على واقع أعداد معلم الكبار ومعوقاته. 2) تحديد المتطلبات التربية اللازمة للمعلمين، ووضع تصور مقترح لإعداد معلم الكبار. تحددت مشكلة البحث في التساؤلات الآتية: 1) ما المقصود بمجتمع المعرفة؟ وما أهم سماته وخصائصه؟ 2) ما مفهوم تعليم الكبار؟ وما السمات والخصائص التي تميز الدارسين الكبار عن غيرهم؟ 3) وبيان المواصفات اللازمة والمقترحات لمعلم الكبار. أهمية البحث: الأهمية العلمية - تكشف مواطن القوة الضعف في إعداد معلم تعليم الكبار، إفادة المسئولين، والقائمين على عملية اختيار معلمي مراكز محو الأمية. تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي. وتم استخدام أداة الاستبانة للتعرف على واقع ومعوقات ومتطلبات إعداد معلم تعليم الكبار في ضوء أبعاد مجتمع المعرفة من وجهة نظر العملية البحثية. تم اختيار عينة عشوائية من معلمي محو الأمية عددهم 156 معلما. أسفرت النتائج: 1) لابد من توافر تصميم مناهج خاصة لمعلمي الكبار بما يلائم سرعة التطور في المجتمع المعرفي وبما يحقق البعد الاجتماعي. 2) توفير المعلومات والمعارف اللازمة للاهتمام بالقدرات الفكرية لمعلمي الكبار مع تمكين المعلم من الابتكار والاطلاع على المستجدات العلمية والعالمية وإمكانية نشر الوعي الثقافي وتوظيفه في الحياة اليومية للفرد لتحقيق البعد الثقافي. 3) ملائمة البرامج مع قدرات وحاجات المتعلمين، ومراعاة الفروق الفردية بينهم مع الاستعانة بفريق من أساتذة علم النفس ليتم إعداد معلم يراعي الخصائص النفسية للدارسين وكيفية التعامل الدارس في ظل مجتمعات المعرفة والتطور التكنولوجي. Hence, the research problem was identified in the following questions: 1) What is meant by a knowledge society? What are its most important features and characteristics? 2) What is the concept of adult education? What are the features and characteristics that distinguish the adult learners from others? 3) A statement of the necessary specifications and suggestions for the adult teacher. Research Aims: 1) Determining the nature of the knowledge society and its requirements, while identifying the reality of preparing an adult teacher and its obstacles. 2) Determining the educational requirements necessary for teachers, and developing a proposed vision for preparing an adult teacher. Research Importance Scientific Importance Strengths reveal weaknesses in the preparation of the adult education teacher, the benefit of officials, and those in charge of the process of selecting teachers of literacy centers The descriptive approach was followed in this research, and the research tool was a questionnaire aimed at identifying the reality, obstacles and requirements of preparing an adult education teacher in light of the dimensions of the knowledge society from the point of view of the research process. A random sample of 156 literacy teachers was selected Research results: 1) It is necessary to design special curricula for adult teachers in a way that suits the speed of development in the knowledge society and to achieve the social dimension. 2) Providing the information and knowledge necessary to take care of the intellectual capabilities of adult teachers, while enabling the teacher to innovate, learn about scientific and global developments, and the possibility of spreading cultural awareness and employing it in the daily life of the individual to achieve the cultural dimension. 3) Adapting the programs with the abilities and needs of the learners, taking into account the individual differences between them, with the help of a team of psychology professors to prepare a teacher who takes into account the psychological characteristics of the students and how to deal with the student in light of knowledge societies and technological development.
