A1 الحربي، صالح بن راشد مفلح A2 القرني، صالح بن علي يعن الله AB هدف البحث إلى التعرف على مستوى الصحة التنظيمية في المدارس الابتدائية بمحافظة رياض الخبراء، والتعرف على مستوى ممارسة معلمي المدارس الابتدائية لسلوك المواطنة التنظيمية، وأثر بعض المتغيرات على ذلك، والكشف عن العلاقة الارتباطية بين مستوى الصحة التنظيمية ومستوى سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية لدى معلمي المدارس الابتدائية بمحافظة رياض الخبراء. واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، والاستبانة كأدة لجمع البيانات، وتكونت عين البحث من (364) معلماً ومعلمة من معلمي المدارس الابتدائية بمحافظة رياض الخبراء. وتوصلت النتائج إلى أن مستوى الصحة التنظيمية في المدارس الابتدائية بمحافظة رياض الخبراء جاء بدرجة كبيرة، وجاء ترتيب أبعادها كالتالي: (التأكيد على النواحي الأكاديمية، توافر الموارد المساندة، القيادة الجماعية، التماسك المؤسسي، انتماء المعلم). وجاء مستوى سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية بالمدارس الابتدائية بمحافظة رياض الخبراء بدرجة كبيرة أيضاً، وجاء ترتيب أبعادها كالتالي (الضمير الحي، الروح الرياضية، الإيثار، الكياسة، السلوك الحضاري). وأظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية موجبة متوسطة دالة إحصائياً بين مستوى الصحة التنظيمية وسلوك المواطنة التنظيمية؛ وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات المعلمين حول مستوى الصحة التنظيمية تعزى لمتغيري الجنس والخبرة؛ وعدم وجود فروق بين متوسطات استجابات المعلمين حول مستوى سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية تعزى لمتغير الخبرة، بينما توجد فروق تعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح الإناث. It also aimed at identifying the level of organizational citizenship behaviour practice of elementary school teachers, and the effect of some variable on that, as well as revealing the nature of the relationship between the organizational health and organizational citizenship behaviour of elementary school teachers in Riyadh Alkhabra, The researcher used the correlative descriptive method and Hoy, and the questionnaire to collectiog data, The sample consisted of (346) teachers of the elementary schools in Riyadh Alkhabra governorate. The study resulted in the level of organizational health of the elementary school teachers in Riyadh Alkhabra governorate showed a high degree from the point of view of the teachers. The dimensions came as follows: emphasis on academic aspects, availability of supporting resources, teamwork leadership, organizational coherence and teacher's belonging. The level of organizational citizenship behaviour showed a high level of practice from the point of view of the teachers. Its five dimensions were as follows: clear conscience, good sportsmanship, altruism, gentility, and civilized behaviour. The study revealed covariant correlative statistical significance between the level of organizational health and the degree of practice of teachers of the organizational citizenship behaviour in elementary schools in Riyadh Alkhabra. The results of the study showed that there were no statistically significant differences among the average responses of teachers on their evaluation of the level of their organizational health due to the variable of gender and experience. And there were no statistically significant differences about organizational citizenship behaviour due to the variables of experience while the results found that there were differences of statistical significance attributed to gender variable, in favour of the females.
