A1 الحربي، نواف بن مطلق بن عيد AB هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع ومعوقات ممارسة الإدارة بالتجوال لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية بمدينة الرياض من وجهة نظر المعلمين، والكشف عن الفروق الإحصائية بين متوسطات عينة الدراسة حول ممارسة الإدارة بالتجوال ومعوقاتها وفقاً لمتغيري سنوات الخدمة، والمؤهل العلمي. ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي والاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وتم اختيار عينة مكونة من (355) معلماً، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن درجة ممارسة الإدارة بالتجوال لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية في الرياض من وجهة نظر المعلمين جاءت بدرجة (متوسطة)، وأن معوقات ممارسة الإدارة بالتجوال لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية في الرياض من وجهة نظر المعلمين جاءت بدرجة (متوسطة)، ووجود فروق في استجابة عينة الدراسة حول واقع ممارسة الإدارة بالتجوال لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية بمدينة الرياض تعزى لمتغيري عدد سنوات الخدمة، والمؤهل العلمي، بينما لا توجد فروق حول معوقات ممارسة الإدارة بالتجوال لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية بمدينة الرياض تعزى لمتغيري عدد سنوات الخدمة، والمؤهل العلمي. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The study aimed to identify the reality and obstacles on the practice of itinerant management among secondary school principals in the city of Riyadh from the point of view of teachers, and to reveal statistically significant differences between the averages of study sample on the practice of itinerant management and its obstacles according to years of service and academic qualification variables. The researcher used the descriptive survey method and the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data, and a sample consisting of (355) teachers. The study concluded that the degree of practice of management by wandering among secondary school principals in Riyadh from the point of view of teachers was (medium), the obstacles to the practice of management by wandering among secondary school principals in Riyadh from the point of view of teachers was a degree of (medium), and there are differences in the response of the study sample regarding the reality of the practice of management by wandering among secondary school principals in the city of Riyadh due to the number of years of service and academic qualification variables, While there are no differences regarding the obstacles to practicing management by wandering among secondary school principals in the city of Riyadh number of years of service and academic qualification variables.
