A1 العبودي، أماني فالح إبراهيم A2 حنا، تودري مرقص A2 مجاهد، محمد إبراهيم عطوة AB هدف البحث رصد معوقات تطوير المناخ التنظيمي في مدارس التعليم الثانوي العام بدولة الكويت وسبل مواجهتها، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي، وتم تطبيق الاستبانة على عينة مكونة من (280) من مديري ومعلمي مدارس التعليم الثانوي العام بدولة الكويت، وانتهى البحث إلى صياغة مجموعة من المقترحات لمواجهة معوقات تطوير المناخ التنظيمي في مدارس التعليم الثانوي العام بدولة الكويت، منها: دفع قيادات مدارس التعليم الثانوي العام إلى البحث الدائم عن أفضل معايير ومؤشرات الجودة التعليمية المحلية والدولية ومحاولة تطبيقها في برامجها وأنشطتها التعليمية والعلمية، أن يتبادل المدير الرؤى، والتغذية الراجعة مع العاملين باستمرار، بما يتناسب مع احتياجات وقيم المدرسة، إقامة نظام محاسبي، تحاسب فيه الإدارة التعليمية المدرسة على القرارات المتخذة ومدى الجدية في تطبيقها وتنفيذها، توفير نظام محاسبي تحاسب فيه الإدارة المدرسية على مدى قدرتها على الانفتاح على البيئة الخارجية من جانب، وتحاسب على حسن توظيف الموارد التي تم الحصول عليها من هذه البيئة سواء مادية أو بشرية من جانب آخر، منح الإدارة المدرسية السلطة والحرية في تطبيق التشريعات المتعلقة بتنظيم العمل داخل المدرسة كما يتراءى لها.
