A1 الألفي، هاني رزق عبد الجواد AB هدفت الدراسة إلى تطوير الإطار الوطني للمؤهلات بالمملكة العربية السعودية بالإفادة من خبرتي كل من استراليا والنرويج وذلك من خلال تحليل كل من إطار المؤهلات الوطنية في أستراليا والنرويج والمملكة العربية السعودية في العناصر الستة المتعلقة بالمفهوم والأهداف، هيكل الإطار الوطني، ومخرجات التعلم، وسياسات الإطار، وإجراءات ضمان الجودة، والهيئات التي تدير الإطار. ومن ثم المقارنة بينهما من خلال تحديد أوجه التشابه والاختلاف وتفسير ذلك في ضوء القوى والعوامل الثقافية، استخدمت الدراسة المنهج المقارن، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى تحديد أوجه التشابه بين الأطر من خلال التشابه في مفهوم الإطار وبعض أهدافه وبعض سياسات الإطار وبعض إجراءات ضمان الجودة، وتحديد أوجه الاختلاف كخلو الاطار السعودي من هدف التعلم مدى الحياة وعدم تضمين التعليم غير الرسمي، وعدم القيام بمراجعات لتطوير الإطار السعودي. كما قدمت الدراسة عددا من التوصيات التي يمكن الاستفادة منها عند تطوير الإطار السعودي للمؤهلات.
