A1 الريسية، راية بنت سليمان بن حميد A2 القطيطي، راشد بن حمد بن خلفان A2 البريكي، عادل بن خميس بن سعيد A2 العلوي، علي بن سالم بن صالح A2 الحوسني، أحمد بن خميس بن محمد A2 العبري، جمال بن أحمد بن حمد A2 المقرشي، علي بن حمد بن سعيد AB هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مستوى الاندماج الوظيفي لدى مديري مدارس ولايتي السويق والخابورة في محافظة شمال الباطنة بسلطنة عمان. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام منهج البحث الوصفي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (105) مديرين طبقت عليهم استبانة الاندماج الوظيفي (إعداد الباحثين) بعد التحقق من صدقها وثباتها. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أنَّ مستوى الاندماج الوظيفي ككل لدى مديري مدارس ولايتي السويق وصار في محافظة شمال الباطنة بسلطنة عمان مرتفع جداً، حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي (4.37). كما أظهرت النتائج أنَّه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات عينة الدراسة حول أبعاد الاندماج الوظيفي تعزى لمتغيرات (النوع، وسنوات الخبرة، والمؤهل العلمي، والولاية)؛ بينما توجد فروق حول الاندماج المعرفي فقط تعزى لمتغير النوع. وفي ضوء النتائج قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات لأصحاب القرار والمسؤولين في وزارة التربية والتعليم من شأنها تعزيز الاندماج الوظيفي في الحقل التربوي. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB This study aimed to reveal the level of job engagement among school principals in the state of Al Suwaiq and AL Khabuwra in North Al Batinah Governorate in Sultanate of Oman. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive/correlative research method was used. The sample of the study consisted of 105 principals who were selected using a simple random method. The study tool was applied to the sample where the job engagement scale was used which was prepared by the researcher. The content validity of the instrument was measured by a group of arbitrators. Then the internal consistency was calculated using the cronbach’s alpha equations. The stability coefficient of job engagement tool was 0. 89.The results of the study showed that the general level of job integration among school principals in the state of al Suwaiq and AL Khabuwra in the north Al Batinah governorate in Sultanate of Oman was high, with an arithmetic mean of 4.37. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences between job integration and demographic variables (gender, years of experience, educational qualification and state). In light of the previous results, the study presented a set of recommendations and proposals to decision-makers and officials in the Ministry of Education, which would enhance job integration in the educational field.
