A1 الشجبي، عبد الله بن محمد بن عبد الله A2 الراسبي، طارق بن جمعه بن محمد A2 الحبسية، رضية بنت سليمان بن ناصر AB هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على فاعلية تمكين مديري المدارس لتحقيق القيادة المستدامة في ضوء رؤية عمان 2040 في محافظتي الداخلية وجنوب الشرقية بسلطنة عمان من وجهة نظرهم، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي والاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وتكونت الاستبانة من ثلاثة محاور: تمكين القادة التربويين، القيادة المستدامة، ورؤية عُمان 2040، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (162) من مديري المدارس في محافظتي الداخلية وجنوب الشرقية بسلطنة عُمان. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود مستوى مرتفع جداً في درجة فاعلية تمكين الإدارة بالمدارس الحكومية في محافظتي الداخلية وجنوب الشرقية بسلطنة عُمان، وأن مستوى تحقيق القيادة المستدامة جاء بدرجة مرتفعة جداً أيضاً، ووجود تأثير قوي لتمكين الإدارة المدرسية في تعزيز القيادة المستدامة، وأن رؤية عمان 2040 تؤدي دورًا وسيطًا مؤثرًا بين التمكين والقيادة المستدامة. وأوصت الدراسة بتطوير برامج تدريبية متخصصة في مجالات القيادة المستدامة والتمكين المؤسسي، وإدماج أبعاد رؤية عمان 2040 في السياسات المدرسية. (الملخص المنشور) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB This study aimed to identify the effectiveness of empowering school principals to achieve sustainable leadership in light of Oman Vision 2040 in the Al Dakhiliyah and South Al Sharqiyah governorates of the Sultanate of Oman from the perspective of school principals. The study used a descriptive approach, and the questionnaire was applied as a data collection tool. The questionnaire consisted of three sections: The reference was to a very high level of effectiveness in empowering management in government schools in the governorates of Al Dakhiliyah and South Al Sharqiyah in the Sultanate of Oman, the study sample consisted of (162) school principals in the Al Dakhiliyah and South Al Sharqiyah governorates of the Sultanate of Oman. The study results showed that the level of achieving sustainable leadership was very high, and there was a very strong impact of empowering management in promoting sustainable leadership. The study found that Oman Vision 2040 plays a significant mediating role between empowerment and sustainable leadership. It recommended developing specialized training programs in sustainable leadership and institutional empowerment and integrating the dimensions of Oman Vision 2040 into school policies.
