A1 صالح شيخو الهسنياني AB يعد المعلم الركيزة الأساسية في العملية التعليمية، فعليه يقع العبء الأكبر في تزويد الطلبة بكل ما هو مستحدث من حقائق ونظريات وقوانين، وتشكيل اتجاهاتهم على نحو يمكنهم من التأقلم مع التغيرات الراهنة والمستقبلية. وقد سعى البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على صفات المعلم المثالي الناجح في تعليمه وتعلمه وتدريسه، بما يتوافق مع طرق التدريس الحديثة والمعاصرة التي طبقت في بعض مدارس المرحلة الأساسية في إقليم كوردستان للسنة الدراسية (2023-2024). ولتحقيق ذلك تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي من خلال الاطلاع على الدراسات السابقة، وأشار البحث إلى بعض صفات المعلم المثالي وما يتحلى به من قدرات، ومهارات، وسلوكيات، ومعارف، وطرق تدريس، وفنون إدارة الصف، والقدرة على معالجة المشكلات التربوية، والإلمام بطرق القياس والتقييم والتقويم، والتحليل والتركيب، وما يمتلك من إستراتيجيات تتلاءم مع ظروف الطلبة ومستواهم الدراسي والعمري.
