A1 طه، ماهر عبد الله مهدي A2 طه، أشرف محمد A2 عبد الحميد، هدية مصطفى AB هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على المعوقات التي تواجه مديري المدارس الابتدائية في تنمية بعض القيم لتحقيق الاستخدام الامن لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات بمحافظة الوادي الجديد، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بأداته الاستبانة، واشتملت عينة الدراسة على (972) فردا منها (72) من إدارة المدرسة و(900) من المعلمين وذلك من مدارس التعليم الابتدائي بمحافظة الوادي الجديد، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها أن هناك معوقات تواجه مديري المدارس الابتدائية في تنمية بعض القيم لتحقيق الاستخدام الامن لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات، وأن هناك قصورا واضحا في مواجهة تلك المعوقات، وأوصت الدراسة بإتاحة برامج تدريبية تهتم بتدريب مديري المدارس الابتدائية على التعامل مع المعوقات التي تواجههم في تحقيق الاستخدام الامن لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات. The researcher used the descriptive approach with its questionnaire tool. The study sample included (972) individuals. (72) School administrators and (900) male and female teachers, from some primary education schools in the New Valley Governorate The study results: The study reached some results includes that, 1) There are many obstacles that face principals of primary school education in developing some values to achieve the safe use of information and communication technology inside the New Valley Governorate. 2) There is a great shortcoming in facing these obstacles. The study recommendations: 1) providing training programs for the administrators of the primary schools on how to deal with the obstacles that prevent them from achieving the safe use of information and communication technology.
