A1 الزيدانين، أسماء عبد الكريم جبريل A2 الشعار، عامر A2 الحايك، صادق خالد A2 حسين، عبد السلام جابر A2 المومني، زياد AB هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى دور المشرف التربوي في تطوير فعالية الأداء المهني لدى معلمي التربية الرياضية في محافظة الطفيلة من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمعلمات، ودراسة أثر متغيرات (النوع الإجتماعي، وسنوات الخبرة للمعلم على إتجاهاته نحو دور المشرف التربوي في تطوير الأداء المهني للمعلمين في محافظة الطفيلة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من (125) معلما ومعلمة تربية رياضية في مدارس محافظة الطفيلة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من مجتمع الدراسة (حصر شامل (125) معلم ومعلمة، إستخدمت الباحثة أداة الإستبانة وتم إستخدام الرزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الإجتماعية (SPSS) ، أظهرت نتائج الرزم أن دور المشرف التربوي في تطوير فعالية الأداء المهني لدى معلمي التربية الرياضية في محافظة الطفيلة من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمعلمات جاء بدرجة مرتفعة. وأشارت نتائج إختبار (t Test) وجود فروق دالة احصائيا في مجال إستراتيجيات التدريس والأساليب والأنشطة لكل من الذكور والإناث ولصالح الإناث، واظهرت نتائج إختبار (ANOVA ) بأنه لا توجد فروق في دور المشرف التربوي في تطوير فعالية الأداء المهني لدى معلمي التربية الرياضية تبعا لمتغير سنوات الخبرة . وقد أوصت الباحثة، بتعزيز دور مشرفي التربية الرياضية في تطوير الأداء المهني لمعلمي التربية الرياضية، كما أوصت بحث المعلمين على إستخدام أساليب وإستراتيجيات متنوعة لتطوير عملية التعليم. (ملخص المؤلف) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB This study aimed to identify the role of the educational supervisor in developing the effectiveness of the professional performance of physical education teachers in Tafila Governorate from the point of view of male and female teachers, and to study the impact of variables (gender and years of experience) of the teacher on his attitudes towards the role of the educational supervisor in developing the professional performance of teachers in the Governorate. Tafila, the researcher used the descriptive approach, and the study population consisted of (125) male and female physical education teachers in the schools of Tafila Governorate, and the study sample consisted of the study population (a comprehensive survey). (125) male and female teachers The researcher used the questionnaire tool and the statistical package for the social sciences (SPSS). The results of the package showed that the role of the educational supervisor in developing the effectiveness of professional performance among physical education teachers in Tafila Governorate from the point of view of male and female teachers was at a high degree. The results of the t-test indicated that there are statistically significant differences in the field of teaching strategies, methods, and activities for both males and females and in favor of females. The results of the ANOVA test showed that there are no differences in the role of the educational supervisor in developing the effectiveness of professional performance among physical education teachers depending on the variable years of experience. The researcher recommended strengthening the role of physical education supervisors in developing the professional performance of physical education teachers.
