A1 العرادي، زهراء فاضل A2 الخمرة، حاتم A2 الجابري، محمد عبد الفتاح A2 العبد اللات، بسام A2 النجادات، حسين AB هدفت الدراسة إعداد نموذج مقترح للخدمات الإنتقالية في ضوء النماذج العالمية وقياس درجة انطباقه على الطلبة ذوي الإعاقة السمعية والبصرية والحركية من وجهة نظر مقدمي الخدمة والطلبة أنفسهم بدولة الكويت، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم بناء نموذج للخدمات الانتقالية من خلال تحليل بعض النماذج العالمية للخدمات الانتقالية بحيث تم اعداد أداة للتعرف إلى الخدمات الانتقالية بحيث تطبق على كل من الطلبة ومقدمي الخدمة وتم التحقق من الخصائص السيكومترية للأداة من صدق وثبات. تم تطبيق مقياس الخدمات الانتقالية المقترح على عينة من الطلبة بلغ عددهم (177) طالبا وطالبة من الإعاقة السمعية والبصرية والحركية، و (71) من مقدمي من المعلمين والمعلمات. أشارت النتائج إلى درجة متوسطة من النموذج المتقرح للخدمات الانتقالية في الدرجة الكلية ،والأبعاد كما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق في تطبيق الخدمات الانتقالية في الإعاقة السمعية والبصرية والحركية تبعا لمتغير مقدم الخدمة لصالح مقدم الخدمة ، كما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق في تطبيق الخدمات الانتقالية ضمن الإعاقة البصرية تبعا للجنس ولصالح الطلبة الذكور، كما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق الخدمات الانتقالية تبعا للإعاقة السمعية والبصرية تبعا لجنس مقدم الخدمة ولصالح الذكور في الإعاقة البصرية ولصالح الإناث في الإعاقة السمعية ، كما توصلت النتائج أن مستوى الخدمات الانتقالية في الإعاقة السمعية والبصرية والحركية لا يختلف تبعا لمتغير المستوى التعليمي لمقدم الخدمة، كما تم اقتراح نموذج للخدمات الانتقالية بناء على استجابات الطلبة ومقدمي الخدمة وبناء على نتائج الدراسة تم الخروج ببعض التوصيات أهمها الإستفادة من النموذج الحالي في بناء نموذج تقديم الخدمات الإنتقالية لدى الطلبة في دولة الكويت. (ملخص المؤلف) http://search.shamaa.org/abstract_ar.gif AB The study aimed to prepare a proposed model for transitional services in light of international models and to measure the degree of its applicability to students with hearing, visual, and motor disabilities from the point of view of service providers and the students themselves in the State of Kuwait. To achieve the objectives, a model for transitional services was built through the analysis of several international models, and a tool was prepared to identify transitional services applicable to both students and service providers, with its psychometric properties verified for validity and reliability. The proposed transitional services scale was applied to a sample of 177 male and female students with hearing, visual, and motor disabilities, and 71 male and female service providers. The results indicated a moderate degree of applicability of the proposed model overall and across its dimensions. Differences were observed in the application of transitional services depending on the type of service provider, favoring the service provider. Within visual disabilities, differences were found according to gender, favoring male students. Additionally, differences were observed in transitional services for auditory and visual disabilities according to the gender of the service provider, favoring males in visual disabilities and females in hearing disabilities. No differences were found in the level of transitional services across auditory, visual, and motor disabilities based on the educational level of the service provider. Based on the results, a model for transitional services was proposed, and the study recommended utilizing the current model to develop a framework for providing transitional services to students in the State of Kuwait.
